Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Procurement (Printed Materials, Events Materials & Giveaways and Special Projects related)
- Vehicle Rental & Transpo Services Processing and Coordination
- PRs / RFPs on time processing, payment releasing and liquidation
- Petty Cash Management
- Gift List Consolidation, Processing Transmittals & Gift Labels
- Secretarial and Admin Support to GSD Manager
- Assistance in Departmental Company Activities
Requirements:
- Graduate of any 4-year course preferably business course
- Detail-oriented, well-organized and an effective planner.
- Very good interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Preferrably with at least 2 years working experience or exposure to office work / corporate environment is an advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Willing to assign and report onsite in Greenhills, San Juan City.
