Administrative Assistant 

Responsibilities:

  • Procurement (Printed Materials, Events Materials & Giveaways and Special Projects related)
  • Vehicle Rental & Transpo Services Processing and Coordination
  • PRs / RFPs on time processing, payment releasing and liquidation
  • Petty Cash Management
  • Gift List Consolidation, Processing Transmittals & Gift Labels
  • Secretarial and Admin Support to GSD Manager
  • Assistance in Departmental Company Activities

Requirements:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course preferably business course
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized and an effective planner.
  • Very good interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Preferrably with at least 2 years working experience or exposure to office work / corporate environment is an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Willing to assign and report onsite in Greenhills, San Juan City.
