Administrative Staff

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and purchasing of supplies and other internal requirements.
  • Supplies Inventory Control & Management
  • Cost Management & Analyses including review of existing suppliers/pricing, sourcing and review of new offers and negotiating better prices while maintaining the quality.
  • Purchase request processing, supplies releasing and monthly expense reporting.
  • Accurate and timely updating of inventory module and internal databases
  • Errands Coordination and Messenger Dispatching
  • Assistance on departmental and company-wide activities and events.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree graduate of Business Administration or any business-related course
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized and an effective planner.
  • Very good interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • With at least 1 years working experience or exposure to office work / corporate environment.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Amenable to report and assign in Greenhills, San Juan City
