SALES
Responsible for generating revenues, maintaining and keeping in close touch with ICS clients, the Sales teams develop long-term partnerships with clients by ensuring high customer satisfaction. The Sales Business Units are classified into different sectors:
- Field Sales focuses on either End-User Computing (EUC) products, Enterprise Solutions and/or Cloud Business Solutions
- Computer Accessories Center [CAC] or Supplies Sales offers computer/printer supplies, consumables, furniture to direct users and dealers nationwide
- Dealer Sales [BU8] promotes the sale of system units to resellers and other ICS partners
- Managed Printing Solutions sales representatives are responsible for providing managed print services (MPS), which support customers in managing and optimizing the organization's print infrastructure and document output.
- Computer Rentals [BU9] provides rental services to Metro Manila end-users and resellers for their seasonal requirements. The products rented out include: computers, laser printers & multimedia projectors.
MARKETING
Responsible for vendor relations, development and implementation of marketing plans and generation of product demand for ICS products in coordination with Business Development and Sales. The marketing team is composed of different departments:
- Product Marketing is composed of Product Managers assigned to manage various product lines and maintain relationship with our partners.
- Marketing Communications (MarComm) develops concepts and designs for ICS marketing collaterals and is responsible for corporate communications (catalog, website, press releases, etc.). Additionally, the team is also in charge of organizing marketing-related activities.
- Marketing Research & Leads Qualification is responsible for marketing intelligence and responds to inbound inquiries, registrations, chats and other contact collection methods. They cultivate initial engagement with prospects in order to generate qualified opportunities.
