TECHNICAL CONSULTING
ICS’ Pre-Sales Team's primary function is to help the sales groups & clients through effective pre-sales presentations & technical proposals. Composed of highly qualified engineers with technical certifications and specializations based on assigned technologies.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Working with sales, this group provides timely & accurate solution recommendations to clients all the way to project implementation & monitoring for such recommendations.
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT) DEPARTMENT
Information Technology (IT) is primarily responsible for designing an accurate, effective and efficient hardware, telcom & database computer system for the company's overall IT infrastructure. IT assists each department by providing accurate information management programs to achieve orderly acquisition, enhancement, retention, and delivery of information resources within the company.
CUSTOMER SERVICES DIVISION
The division is mainly responsible for the efficient and effective delivery of technical services to meet and exceed customer expectations and to produce customer satisfaction. The division aims to uphold the “Service Reliability & Quality” tenet for ICS by ensuring our systems and processes are aligned to meet customer service challenges and that we maintain a pool of certified and highly-qualified technical personnel.
The Division is subdivided into functional groups:
Service Delivery Team
The Service Delivery Team is composed of the following groups/departments:
Service Desk
Located in Greenhills; handles the Technical Service Desk Hotline and product and service escalation to principals
Metro Manila Service Centers - located in key business districts in Makati and Ortigas-Pasig,
Provincial Services
Service center located in Cebu and our accredited Provincial Service Partners in key cities and regions of the Philippines
Enterprise Support and Services
Assigned in key business districts; handle server, network and solutions deployment
The Service Delivery Teams main objective is to provide timely technical support and service to customers. The services performed include phone, remote, or on-site support. They render technical support, troubleshooting, replacement, repair, installation and deployment.
Logistics Group
The Logistics Group is responsible for the effective inventory and logistics management of spare parts of the division. They facilitate warranty exchange, claims and orders to and from our principal vendors.
Managed Services Group
The Managed Services Group is the sales arm of the division. They are responsible for attaining the service revenue targets and profit margins through the sale of service products like “Worry-Free” contracts, Station Engineer requirements, Hardware warranty extensions, Helpdesk setup and other IT projects which require technical manpower.
